Whip egg, milk, oil, banana in slices, raisins, corn flakes, all-bran together.
Add honey. Sift wheat flour, baking soda and spices in the dough.
Stir gently around and spread the dough into 8 muffin shapes of paper.
Bake at 200 degrees for 12 minutes.
