Grilled skinkemignon and marinated roots

Peel and grind ginger. The chilies are flushed and the cores are removed. Cut them into thin strips. Mix oil, squeezed garlic, ginger, chili, vinegar and salt. Sprinkle the hamsters along without cutting through so that they can be flattened to double size.
