Instructions for Asparagus-raclette
To prepare the Asparagus-raclette recipe, please follow these instructions:
The asparagus are washed and the ends of the cut by trampling. Ends boil, covered, in a bit of water for about 15 minutes, after which they will be taken up by the bed sheet with a slotted spoon. Salt, sugar and wine poured in the brine, which is then given a rehash. The asparagus steamed tender under the lid of this layer in about 10 minutes. The potatoes wash and boil, covered, for about 20 minutes. Raclette-Grill is switched on, and the potatoes are kept warm on this. The cheese grated coarsely. A slice of ham added in forehead, here on top added some asparagus, which is poured with curd. Each serving of grilled until the curd is lightly browned. The potatoes are eaten.
