Instructions for Bean pies with bacon
To prepare the Bean pies with bacon recipe, please follow these instructions:
Rinse the beans and leave them soaked in cold water for at least 4 hours.
Pour the water from the beans. Pour fresh water to cover it, add the spice bouquet and let the beans boil for 45 minutes.
Cut bacon into small strips, which are switched into a large pot.
Arrow the bulbs and chop them roughly. Scrape carrots and cut them into spell.
Bring onion and squeezed garlic into the pan and let it sweat until the bulbs are ready. Then add the carrots. Let them spin for 5 minutes. Take care, it must not burn!
Remove the spice bouquet from the bean pot. Take the beans with a clove and put them in the vegetable pan. Sprinkle with 5 dl of bean soup. Let the dish boil over low heat for approx. 20 min. Add salt and 6-8 whole peppercorns.
If you think the dish is a little thin, you can evenly with cornamel, which is stirred in a little water.
Sprinkle with chopped parsley just before serving. Add coarse bread
