Instructions for /Beefburgers with herbs

To prepare the /Beefburgers with herbs recipe, please follow these instructions:

Stir in beef and forcemeat, together with the herbs, egg, bread crumbs and water. Season with garlic, salt and pepper.

Form the meat into/beefburgers (4 pieces) and fry them in the butter on a hot frying pan Golden-approx. 3 min on each side-depending on how Red, they want the meat.
