Ingredients for Brocollisuppe

Fresh chopped parsley
Lime both
0.5tspCayenne pepper
1Aquash in coarse pieces (approx. 200 g)
1tbspCoarse salt
1Minced yellow onions (about 50 g)
1.25lWater
2.5dlCheasy cream 13%
240gWholemeal bread
3Small peeled cloves of garlic
4tspFreshly squeezed lime juice
400gBroccoli in coarse pieces
400gPeeled Shrimp

Instructions for Brocollisuppe

To prepare the Brocollisuppe recipe, please follow these instructions:

Bring water to boil in a thick-bottomed saucepan. Add the broccoli and squash. Boil the vegetables by even heat and without lids for about 10 min. Blend vegetables, water and garlic in smaller portions (fill only the blender jar 1/3 up). Blend each portion at the fastest speed for approx. 30 sec. or to the soup is smooth. Pour soup through a sieve back into the pan. Add the onion and let the soup boil at low heat and stirring continuously for approx. 10 min. Add cream 13%, lime juice, cayenne pepper and salt. Boil the soup, still stirring, for about 5 min. and season to taste. By serving the shrimp in hot deep plates: advantage, pour approximately 2 cups of soup in each and garnish with parsley and lime. Serve immediately.
