2.5 | dl | Whole-milk yogurt |
250 | g | Mushrooms or other mushrooms |
3 | tbsp | Oloi |
4 | Bladselleri stems | |

500 | g | Bulgur |
Instructions for Bulgur with Karrysauce
To prepare the Bulgur with Karrysauce recipe, please follow these instructions:
Boil the bulgur in lightly salted water until it is tender. 15-20 min. Heat the oil, sprinkle it with curry and simmer for 1 min. Cut the pears into fine rings, chop the celery sticks and mushrooms and simmer the vegetables in the curry for a few minutes until they are barely tender. Take the pot from the heat and mix the vegetables well with the yogurt. Season the sauce with salt and pepper and serve it over the bulgur
