To prepare the Burst pork tenderloin recipe, please follow these instructions:

Dissolve salt and sugar in 2½ dl of boiling water. Add the bay leaf and cloves. Cool it down. Put a whole chopped pork tenderloin without a tip and head in the salt layer for approx. 8 hours in refrigerator. Use the cut meat for sausages. Remove the meat from the salt layer and boil it in a little water at low heat for 10-15 minutes. If the meter thermometer is used, the center temperature must be approx. 65 degrees.
