Instructions for Cajun-hamburgers with mixed beans and fried red onions
To prepare the Cajun-hamburgers with mixed beans and fried red onions recipe, please follow these instructions:
Place the dried beans in plenty of cold water for 10-12 hours in the refrigerator - each kind of separately.
Boil them in two pots with fresh cold water, garlic sauce, half onion, 1 bay leaves in each pot and salt. Let them boil until they are tender - approx. 45 minutes - see package instructions. Pour beans into a sieve.
Cut each red onion in 4-5 slices, set aside. A toothpick in each slice to hold the rings together. Warm the sherry and dissolve the sugar. Pour marinade over the onion slices. Let them pull for 20 minutes - turn if necessary. The onions after 10 minutes.
Take the onions and sprinkle them on a hot teflon pan with medium heat totaling approx. 6 minutes. Put them in a dish and pour the marinade over again.
Clean the green beans and boil them in lets salted water for 3-4 minutes.
Turn the three kinds of beans with oil and vinegar. Season with salt and pepper and serve them warm, warm or cold.
Dip the meat dry with the kitchen roll and sprinkle the schnitzler with the Cajun spice. Heat the oil on the forehead with heavy heat and brown fast schnitzels on both sides. Turn down to medium heat and finish them 1½ to 2 minutes on each side until they have just passed.
