2 | dl | Skimmed milk |
25 | g | Yeast |
500 | g | Wheat flour |
Instructions for Carrot Triangles
To prepare the Carrot Triangles recipe, please follow these instructions:
Lun the milk in a saucepan and remove it from the heat. Pour the milk into a bowl and crumble the yeast. Add thickened milk, oil, salt cracked carrots, grahamsmel and most of the wheat flour. Spread the dough well and add more flour until the dough is smooth and not too firm. The moisture content of carrots varies, so it's best not to get all the melem in at once. Put the dough for raising a warm place, covered 1 hour. Slice the dough easily and divide it into 2 pieces. Form the pieces for 2 flat round bread. Let them adhere to the plate about 10 minutes. Divide each bread with a sharp knife in 8 triangles, but do not cut through. Put the bread in a cold oven. Turn on the oven at 200 degrees and leave the bread for about 20 minutes until golden and pierced. Sprinkle some bread on a baker and break the triangles apart. Freeze if necessary. Half down.
