To prepare the Cheese Bags recipe, please follow these instructions:

Water and yeast are stirred together, the other ingredients are added and the dough is well kneaded together. Set to raise for approx. 20 min. The dough is thrown down, rolled out thinly and cut into squares approx. 10x10 cm. The filling is laid on and the dough is folded over to a triangle.
