1lVegetable stock (maybe 1 ½ l.)
1canCoconut milk
1bagWokblanding (or other vegetable mixture) 750 g
1/4lWhipped cream
1-2rodsLemon grass
2tbspCurry paste (red or yellow-hot)
450gChicken breast/fillet
4-8clovePressed garlic

Instructions for Chicken - curry soup

To prepare the Chicken - curry soup recipe, please follow these instructions:

Cut the chicken into strips and swash it in the pan. Add the curry paste and let it penetrate the meat. Pour 1 liter of vegetable broth in, add garlic, coconut milk and cream. Let it simmer a little. Add vegetables, and possibly. An additional ½ liter broth. Cut top and bottom of 1 or 2 straw lemongrass, chop them along and cook them in the soup.

Let it take 2-3 hours. Of course, more garlic or curry paste can be added as needed if it is not strong enough.
