Instructions for Chocolate cake the best
To prepare the Chocolate cake the best recipe, please follow these instructions:
Turn on the oven at 175 degrees (standard oven).
Sieve flour (like the baker's flour), cocoa, baking soda and baking soda in a bowl.
Whip egg and sugar into an airy mass in another bowl.
Pour the sifted dry stuff to the egg mixture, together with melted butter (like salt with salt) and milk.
Turn it all together. If you use a hand mixer, do it only at low speed after the dry things come in. Otherwise you risk breaking the ability of the flour. Or turn it all in with a spoon.
I myself use a stirrer / kitchen machine with whipping at lowest strength all the way through.
Pour the dough into a small pan of approx. 24x34 cm, coated with baking paper.
Place it on a grate in the middle of the oven and bake it for 30-35 minutes (depending on your oven).
Do not open the cake until it has gotten so much that you will stick it with a trunk to see if it is enough.
If there is no dough on it, it is done and taken out of the oven (but I'm out of the pan) and be careful about cooling.
tips:
I usually decorate it with plain white glaze consisting of water and flour. The next day it is even better :-)
