Instructions for Chocolate muffins III
To prepare the Chocolate muffins III recipe, please follow these instructions:
Turn on the oven at 200 degrees.
Chop the chocolate (like in a little large pieces.) Mix all the dry ingredients in a bowl with 2/3 of the chopped chocolate.
Mix the wet ingredients in another bowl and beat with a whisk, short for the mass is uniformly.
Pour the liquid mass into the bowl with the dry ingredients and fold them together until the flour is just soaked. (do not use the electric beater).
Got dough in greased muffin cups so they are at most 2/3 filled. Sprinkle them with the extra chocolate in the middle of the dough.
Bake in 13-15 my hot luftsovn (slightly longer at alm. heating).
Tips:
Muffins are done when they are giving resistance, when one presses a spoon toward the top. This recipe can also be used for other kinds of muffins just skip the chocolate and cocoa powder and add the desired indgrediens, it is only your imagination that sets the limits.
