100 | g | Lactose free margarine |
14 | dl | Semper fine mix |
2 | Eggs | |
2 | tsp | Cinnamon |
4 | pinch | Salt |
4 | dl | Water |
Instructions for Cinnamon buns Gluten free
To prepare the Cinnamon buns Gluten free recipe, please follow these instructions:
Melt the fat, pour the milk in and let it be hand-held. Stir yeast out of it.
Add sugar, egg and salt. Mix the flour, but add some flour to when the dough goes out to the table.
Let the dough rise for approx. 20 min. And mix the filling in between.
After 20 min. Stir in the dough.
Divide the dough into two parts and press the flat sections. Put the filling on.
Roll it together and share the two rolls in 20 pieces. Let them rise for 20 minutes.
Peel with egg, sprinkle with almonds and pearly sugar and behind the snails at 250 degrees for 8 minutes.
