To prepare the Créme brulee with strawberry salad recipe, please follow these instructions:

Creme Brulee:
Ingredients are mixed together and poured into small lubricated molds (serving form). The molds are put in a water bath at approx. 130 gr. Until the mixture is stiffened. This should take half an hour. Then they are put on the fridge. When they are cold, they are sprinkled with sugar (the flour is good) and burned with a bunsen burner. If you do not have a bunsen burner, they can also be put under a hot grill - but remember that the cream should still be cold when served.

Strawberry Salad:
A tray of strawberries is rinsed and sipped, after which they are quenched (yes it is a word!) And poured with 1.5 dl orange juice (like freshly squeezed) and like a sprig. Spirit of your choice. If you are more than sweet, you can add sugar.
