Instructions for Filled hakkebøf
To prepare the Filled hakkebøf recipe, please follow these instructions:
Man forms the father of pickles. Then season them with salt, pepper and paprika and rub them on the forehead, but only until there are brown on both sides. Then let the steaks cool off.
Then cut pepper, onions and mushrooms into small pieces and fry this on the forehead until it is tender. Then this should also cool.
It is very important that it gets quite cold !!
When these things have cooled, roll out the dishes with a rolling roll. The butterfly must be rolled very thin. There must be 1/2 plate for each steak. Now the steaks must be brushed with eggs and baked in a preheated oven of 225 degrees C. alm. Oven for approx. 45 min. Or until they are golden.
Could possibly. Served with potatoes, bearnaise sauce and vegetables.
