1tspVanilla sugar
150gButter
3Leaf gelatin
3dlWhipped cream
4dlWheat flour

Instructions for Fruit-fried a'la Pauli

To prepare the Fruit-fried a'la Pauli recipe, please follow these instructions:

Chop flour and fat together into a grit lot. Add cream and water and work the dough together. Let the dough rest cold while making the vanilla cream.
