Instructions for Grandma's buttermilk horn

To prepare the Grandma's buttermilk horn recipe, please follow these instructions:

Knead the flour, butter and buttermilk together into a uniform dough.

Sprinkle a little flour on the Board and roll out. Cut the so so many pointy triangles you can get out of the rolled piece of dough.

put the filling (not too big a BLOB/piece) at the widest end of triangle and roll toward tip. Give a pressure at each end and "bend" it a little about, so it gets the horn shape.

Made on the omrullede tip on a bagepapirs lined baking sheet. Knead the excess dough back together again and repeat the process for there can be multiple horns.

Brush with beaten egg and sprinkle them with Pearl sugar and chopped nuts. Bake at 200 degrees c. alm. oven in 15-18 minutes.

Tips:
Is highly suitable for freezing and is extra good if they just will be tempered in the oven before serving.
