Instructions for Health Bread
To prepare the Health Bread recipe, please follow these instructions:
Swell the milk and dissolve the yeast. Add the other ingredients, but only half of the wheat flour, knead the dough well and gradually knead more wheat flour until the dough drops. Form the dough like a ball, to it on baking paper on a plate and let it raise a covered place approx. 20 minutes. Brush with milk, sprinkle with grahamsmel, sew some holes with a fork and behind the bread approx. 30 minutes at 200 degrees.
