Instructions for Homemade hummus

To prepare the Homemade hummus recipe, please follow these instructions:

put the chickpeas to soak in a lot of water overnight (or at least 9-10 hours)

boil them in plenty of water until quite tender. 1-2-3 hours ...
drain, and mix the chickpeas with oil (olive is good), a splash of water, lemon juice and pressed garlic. do not throw the last remaining garlic out (the one who sits in baler)-but it just came down in the bowl. blend the whole lap with a hand blender (or in a regular blender/food processor) for it has a good thick spreadable consistency. to be perhaps a småle more water or oil in.

have you not tahin, you may be able to. do so: grab a mortar that came sesame seeds and a bit of oil and paprika in the mortar and mort them for all the seeds are pretty much broken. It tastes best if you have toasted sesame seeds first, but it's kind of a little bit, that it will be unnecessarily cumbersome if one cannot stand and must use toasted sesame seeds to the second.

they came mortede seeds in the mixed chick peas along with the rest of the spices.
continue blending until it is evenly and the spices are well distributed.

Let it like to stand and pull before serving.

No one can decorate server with a treasure of lemon juice, a dusting of paprika or a dusting of sesame seeds or a Sprinkle chopped parsley ...

must obvare on ice.
