| 2 | tbsp | Lemon juice |
| 2 | tbsp | Icing sugar |
| 30 | g | Shredded/chopped dark chocolate 70% |
| 300 | g | Frozen or fresh berries |

To prepare the Homemade ice cream with frozen berries recipe, please follow these instructions:
Bring the berries (possibly mixed berries) and flour in a food processor. Drive on max. Speed for about 20 seconds. Add cream of lemon juice and maple syrup. Run another 10-20 seconds in the food processor until the ice has gathered and is a fountain. Pour the ice in a cold form and put in the freezer. Server with grated chocolate over and decorating with fresh berries.
tips:
A mix of berries tastes the best. Can also be made on a single fruit or berry type.
