0.5tspCane sugar or honey
0.5tbspSalt
1tbspCoarse sea salt
1tbspOlive oil
100gDurummel
2-3tbspRosemary
400gWheat flour
5dlLukewarm water
50gYeast

Instructions for Italian Mediterranean bread

To prepare the Italian Mediterranean bread recipe, please follow these instructions:

Stir yeast into the water, add salt and oil and the 2 kinds of flour.
Stir it all together and cover the bowl with a piece of plastic foil and allow it to rise for 1 hour in a warm place.
Grease a small pan with oil, sprinkle a little durum flour and pour the dough.
Spray with oil (lightest as the dough is very liquid) and sprinkle with salt and rosemary.

Insert in a 200 degree preheated oven and bake for 45 minutes.

When the bread is finished take this out and turn it upside down while cooling.

The bread can be frozen. After 1 min in microwave and 10 min in a 175 degree hot oven, it is again as completely freshly baked.
