500 | g | Frozen green beans |
500 | g | Turkey strips |

Instructions for Kalkungryde 02
To prepare the Kalkungryde 02 recipe, please follow these instructions:
Cut the turkey seed into 2 cm long strips. Clean and rinse the mushrooms.
Melt half of the butter in a saucepan by high heat, but it does not burn. Put the kalkunkøit in here. Take the meat up.
Add the rest of the butter and season all the mushrooms. Pick them up
Pour the mornay sauce into the pan. Add the frozen beans and cook them in the mornay sauce approx. 4 minutes without lid. Add meat, mushrooms, salt and pepper and bring the dish to boil. Boil it with low heat and without lid for approx. 2 minutes. Taste like
Serve with loose rice cooked in vegetable broth.
