Instructions for L a keyse

To prepare the L a keyse recipe, please follow these instructions:

Arrow the onions and cut them into quarters. Arrow white onion. Came the onion, garlic and peppercorns in a small saucepan. Add water until onions are covered, and cook for 20 minutes. Blend the egg yolk, vinegar, salt and oil together in a blender. Term the onions into a bowl (save the cooking water), and remove the peppercorns. Blend the onions with the egg mixture, and infant up with cooking water, you find that the sauce has the right consistency. Warm the sauce in a pan while stirring thoroughly. It must not boil, then divides it. Season with salt and pepper and a little sugar if necessary.
