Ingredients for Lemon moons

1tspLemon peel
1.5tspBaking soda
1.5tbspLemon juice. freshly squeezed
150gIcing sugar
200gWheat flour
200gSugar
250gButter
3Lemon, zest and juice of which
4Eggs
50gPotato flour

Instructions for Lemon moons

To prepare the Lemon moons recipe, please follow these instructions:

Stir in softened butter and sugar white and frothy. Add one egg at a time and then juice and finely grated must from lemons. Mix the flour, potato flour and baking soda and sprinkle it through a sieve into the dough.

Fill the dough in a greased springform (24 cm in diameter).

Bake the cake in the oven at 175 degrees, for it has been baked ca. 40 min.

Let cake cool on a wire rack lemon. Cut the cake in two for two moons. Garnish with lemon glaze.
