1 | Eggs | |
1 | tsp | Cardamom |
1 | tsp | Salt |
1 | tbsp | Sugar |
100 | g | Wholemeal wheat flour |
100 | g | Butter or margarine |
2.5 | dl | Milk |
400 | g | Wheat flour |
50 | g | Yeast |
Instructions for Luxury buns (The best)
To prepare the Luxury buns (The best) recipe, please follow these instructions:
Lun milk possibly in micro for 30-40 seconds at full power.
Stir the yeast into the lukewarm milk and add sugar.
Come whole wheat flour and half of wheat flour. Then eat well together.
Add the melted butter. Again good.
Bring eggs, salt and cardamom in. Really good.
Add the last flour and knead the dough well for about 7 minutes. A stirrer is really good to use.
Let the dough rise for about 30 minutes.
Divide the dough into 2 parts. Vibrate each portion into a sausage, which in turn is divided into 6 pieces and shaped into buns.
Place the balls on 2 baking plates and allow them to rise to double size for about 30 minutes.
Pans the balls with either egg, yum, coffee or milk.
Bake in the middle of the oven for about 10 minutes at 200 degrees for hot air and 220 in the oven.
