Ingredients for Marinated beef tenderloin

1 | tsp | Black peppercorns |
100 | g | Walnut kernels |
1000 | g | Green beans |
1500 | g | Beef Tenderloin |
2 | clove | Garlic |
2 | tsp | Dried Rosemary |
Instructions for Marinated beef tenderloin
To prepare the Marinated beef tenderloin recipe, please follow these instructions:
'S tenderloin for membranes and any tendons. Place it in a heavy plastic bag with dry red wine, olive oil, cut garlic, Rosemary and peppercorns. Put the bag in the refrigerator 4-6 hours and turn it a few times.
Drainage the loin and Brown it in the butter and oil in a large frying pan or Saute pan. Sprinkle the meat with salt. Pour the fat off, dimming the heat and add the sieved marinade. Let the loin småsnurre, covered, about 20 minutes, take it up and put the covered 30-40 minutes. Boil the cloud into approx. 2 dl. Steam the beans just until tender in salted water. Cut the tenderloin into thin slices and serve them right cold or warm with warm bean and Walnut kernels. Pour the hot cloud around the meat.
