To prepare the Muffins with corn and bacon recipe, please follow these instructions:
Step the bacon slices until they are crispy. Take them up and put them on greasy paper. Save the grease. Crumble the bacon slices and set it aside. Mix wheat flour and corn flour, baking powder, salt and bacon pieces in a bowl. Whip wet, egg, corn and bacon grease in a bowl. Mix dry and wet gently together and pour the dough into 17 lubricated lentils. Bake them at 200 degrees for approx. 15 minutes on the slightest groin.
