1tbspVegetable oil
125gShredded cabbage
2stemsThai celery sliced

200gChinese egg noodles

Boil egg noodles tenderly in a large pot of boiling water for approx. 5 minutes. Drip well. Soak the mushrooms in warm water for 20 minutes and cut them into thin slices. Heat the oil in a wok or large sauté pan, add garlic and sauté for 1 minute. Add all the other ingredients, except groundnuts and noodles, and boil. Turn down the flask and simmer for 2 minutes until the vegetables are tender but still crisp. Stir the boiled noodles and heat the dish for another 1 minute until the noodles are warmed through.
