It crumbles the softened butter and the flour and add the sugar. The dough will be pooled and made in the refrigerator overnight.

The day after: one takes a small lump and rolls out into a long sausage which is pressed flat. the flat annual sausage swabbed with the beaten egg and sprinkled with chopped almonds and Pearl sugar.

Cut into pieces of about 4-5 cm and bake at 200 degrees C alm. oven for about 10 minutes.
