To prepare the Parisersnitter recipe, please follow these instructions:
Shortcrust:
Flour and baking soda are sifted together and mixed with cinnamon. Cold margarine is chopped in. Eggs and flour are stirred together and kneaded in the flour. Put the dough cold until it is firm. It is rolled out on a floured table in 2 mm thick and cut into squares after a ruler. The cakes must be approx. 5 cm on each joint. They are placed on greased plates that are placed in the preheated oven.
