1 (14.5 ounce) can Italian-style diced tomatoes, drained
1 large courgette (Zucchini?) cut into long ribbons
Bread
EVS. (Sun-dried tomatoes)
Spring onions
Green beans
Beef into cubes/strips
Pepper fruit
Small carrots sliced through lengthwise
Spaghetti (al kind of can be used)
Thin green asparagus cut into 3 cm long pieces
1cloveGarlic minced
1Onions, diced
1tbspButter
1tbspDried basil leaves
1/2cupThick cream
1/4tspSalt
1/4tspDried oregano
1/8tspGround black pepper
2tbspOlive oil

Instructions for Pasta with vegetables and beef in the wok

To prepare the Pasta with vegetables and beef in the wok recipe, please follow these instructions:

Order the vegetables according to taste (tern, strips)
Boil the pasta.
Cut the meat into slices.

- Make the sauce: In a saucepan, sauté onion and garlic in olive oil over medium heat. Make sure it does not burn. Add tomatoes, basil, oregano, salt and pepper. Bring to boil and continue boiling for 5 minutes or until most of the liquid evaporates. Remove from heat, stir fry and butter. Reduce heat and simmer 5 minutes more.

While the sauce simmer, the wok must be turned on and the vegetables must be warmed / browned a little.

- Turn the pasta into the sauce.

Hold the sauce and pasta into the wok and warm for a moment.
