150gMargarine
2Eggs
350gWheat flour
50gYeast
50gRaisins

Instructions for Port Wine wreath

To prepare the Port Wine wreath recipe, please follow these instructions:

Margarine and yeast are crumbled in the flour. Add sugar, salt and egg and knead the dough together. Set for tilting a tight spot approx. ¾ hour.

Filling: The roses are soaked in the port wine. Almonds chopped (take a little bit of decoration). Margarine and sugar are stirred together and added raisins and almonds.

The dough is knocked down and rolled out to a rectangle (about 20x60 cm.). The filling is lubricated and the dough is rolled together longitudinally. Shaped into a wreath that adheres to the plate about 15 minutes.

Brush with egg, sprinkle with almonds and tea sugar.

Bagetid about 20-25 minutes at 200 degrees.
