1Carrot, groftskåren
1Bay leaf
1Onion, groftskåren
1Oksebouillon cube
1Leek, groftskåren
10wholePeppercorn
300gPotatoes, diced
350gLean beef

Instructions for Pot au Feu Dane

To prepare the Pot au Feu Dane recipe, please follow these instructions:

The meat is cooked about 5 mins with the whole peppercorns, after which the meat is taken up and rinsed.

The meat is boiled in water with bouillon cube new team, thyme and bay leaf, approx. 4 dl wetness. Cook about 15 minutes, covered, on low heat.

Then add the vegetables and boil again further on a low heat for 15 minutes.

Now, add the potatoes and boil them with the last 15 minutes.

Season with salt and pepper. Sprinkled with finely chopped parsley before serving.

Tips:
Lean beef can be used as shoulder, Chuck steak, beefsteak, pork or clump.
