Ingredients for Ronaldo's Frikadeller

1Fresh chili
1tbspOil
1Red bell pepper
2tspCorn starch
2tbspSoy sauce
2tspSugar
2tspSugar, like sugar cane
2tspWine vinegar
250gGlass noodles
3dlBroth
4tspFreshly grated ginger
4Carrots
4cloveGarlic
400gMinced pork ca. 10% fat
4-6Spring onions

Instructions for Ronaldo's Frikadeller

To prepare the Ronaldo's Frikadeller recipe, please follow these instructions:

Chop the pepper and chili very nicely - like chopped parsley. Tear the ginger. Stir the meat with pepper, chilli and ginger and crushed garlic. Add vinegar, soy sauce, sugar, salt and pepper. Form the dad to 16 small elongated or round fry plates.

Heat the oil on a pan with good heat. Lay the meatballs on the forehead. Brown them approx. 1 minute on each side. Turn to medium heat and raise them approx. 3 minutes on each side. Put aside. Fried potatoes on wooden spoon for serving.

Boil the glass noodles in plenty of water for 8 minutes and let them drip off.

Cut the carrots all the way along and then into thin slices and cook them almost in the broth. Add soy sauce and sugar. Stir the corn starch into a little cold water. Pour the jam into the sauce and let it boil well.

Add fried spring onions and season the sauce with salt and pepper.

Server freeze cells possibly. On skewers with sauce and glass noodles.
