Pepper

Butter

1-2Squash

4slicesFresh salmon (ca. 2 cm thick)

Instructions for Salmon on the green

To prepare the Salmon on the green recipe, please follow these instructions:

Pears, eggplant, onion and squash are cut into strips or squares and wrapped in oil. Season with salt, pepper and lemon pepper. The vegetables are laid in a refractory dish. The cleaned salmon slices are laid on top of the green. Seasonings are spread over the fish along with butterballs. White wine and lemon juice poured over.

The refractory dish is placed in the middle of the oven at 225 degrees for approx. 15 min. Depending on the thickness of the fish. The salmon is tender when the meat begins to loosen from the leg.
