300gPotatoes

Instructions for Scallop soup with scallops

To prepare the Scallop soup with scallops recipe, please follow these instructions:

Peel all the vegetables and shake earthquakes, potatoes and onions in coarse tern.

Cut carrots and celery into smaller pieces as they are longer to grow.

Season all vegetables in olive oil in a pan until the bulbs are ready, add chicken stock, salt and pepper and simmer for approx. 20 min. Until they are tender, then add the milk and grated mashed potatoes, let it cook again approx. 1 min.

Finally, mix the soup and season with freshly squeezed Lime, Salt and Pepper

The scallops are shaken in olive oil on a pan until they are easily golden on all sides.

The scallops are divided into deep plates and poured over with jam soup and served with a little freshly chopped parsley.
