Ingredients for Seasoned fruit cake

EVS. 1 ripe banana
Pearl sugar
Butter
1Eggs
1dlSour cream 18%
1pinchSalt
1tspVanilla sugar
1.5dlMilk
100gSoft butter
2tspBaking soda
2dlFrozen blackcurrants
2tspGround cardamom or cinnamon
250gSugar
300gWheat flour

Instructions for Seasoned fruit cake

To prepare the Seasoned fruit cake recipe, please follow these instructions:

Set the oven to 175 degrees.
Whip butter and sugar airy.
Add the egg.
Stir milk and cream fry in.
Mix flour, spices, baking soda, vanilla sugar and salt and stir in the dough.
Pour half of the dough into a greased form sprinkled with pearly sugar.
Pour the banana and slice it into slices over the dough.
Sprinkle the blackberries over and pour the rest of the dough on.
Sprinkle with plenty of sugar.
Pour the cake in the bottom of the oven for approx. 50 min. Until the cake has got a color and the edges drop the shape.
