Fill the yeast into a stirrup and disperse it into a little of the water. Add the rest of the water, oil, salt and flour, and knead for at least 5 minutes - use if necessary. Pour the dough into 4 loaves and put them with approx. 2 centimeters away on a baking sheet with baking paper. Cut the bread almost to a total of 16 small cohesive breads. Let the loaves rise for approx. 30 minutes. Brush the breads with egg and sprinkle them with whole grain flour. Put the baking sheet in a cold oven on the middle rib. Turn on the oven.
