1000gSpelt flour, sifted
2tbspOlive oil
50gYeast
8dlWater

Instructions for Spelled Flutes

To prepare the Spelled Flutes recipe, please follow these instructions:

The warm water (or ½ water and ½ yoghurt) is sprained with yeast, salt, sugar and olive oil.
The flour is stirred for a little bit at a time and rises over a morning (or overnight).

Finally, the rest of the flour is kneaded and a little more than a kilo must be used. The dough is well kneaded until it is smooth and leaves tables and hands. Then raise it again for a couple of hours and cut into four flutes that are scratched in rhubarb and ironed with a squeezed egg and raise half an hour more.

Bake golden at 200 degrees C. alm. Oven approx. ½ hour.
