250gTurkey brystkød (like in strips/cubes)
6-8Bay leaves

Instructions for Spicy lime juice

To prepare the Spicy lime juice recipe, please follow these instructions:

Put the upper layer in cold water until the meat is covered, boil and foam. Now add the laurel leaves and thyme. Boil for 30 min. Add the chest, boil for 20 minutes. - Remove the boiled meat and cut it into a 1-1.5 cm tern. Cook the soup halfway down the coarse-cooked onions, then add the cooked meat. Season with salt, pepper and almonds. (Like a little too salty / spicy as the taste decreases considerably when it is cooled.) Served with a good mustard and pickled beetroot and a good rye bread. Dusted asparagus potatoes make it a delicious lunch dish.
