Ingredients for Squid salad

1 | tbsp | Fresh coriander leaves |
1 | Small red onion | |
1 | Lime fruit or 1 small lemon | |
2 | Squid (10-behind the) | |
2 | stems | Lemon grass |
5 | Green or red chili |
Instructions for Squid salad
To prepare the Squid salad recipe, please follow these instructions:
Crack octopi lengthwise. clean them and rinse them thoroughly in cold water. Share the half-squid into quarters. RIDs the squid pieces on crossword puzzle with a sharp knife. (As if it were a culotte rose!) Cut the squid into pieces of approx. 3 x 5 cm. chop rødløget rough. Cut the lemon grass stalks into thin slices. Chop the coriander leaves and hot pepper coarsely. Squeeze the juice out of limefrugten or Citron. Boil about 3 dl. water and pour over squid strips. These will now twist themselves together. Pour the water off after approx. ½ minutes. Add salt, red onions, lime or lemon juice, chilli and coriander leaves. Mix everything well together. Serve right on a bed of lettuce leaves.
