Instructions for Turkey - Skovfogedens
To prepare the Turkey - Skovfogedens recipe, please follow these instructions:
MEAT - The turkey breast is rinsed for seniors and cut / flaked so it can be flattened to 'one' slice -
Mushroom - bell celery and onion cut into very small tern and shake on a pan in a little oil. Vegetables are seasoned with salt and pepper.
Add the mixture to the chopped turkey breast, and the turkey breast is rolled together and closed with either meatpin or lace with meat. Step by approx. 160 gr. For approx. 2 hours - When the meat is browned, cover it with foil so it does not dry
MAPS - Potatoes (small) boil for 5 - 10 min.
The potatoes are steamed dry and turned into melted butter with chopped parsley. The potatoes are shaken here on the forehead in plenty of butter
SAUCE - Bleikelleri - Onions - Parsnip cut into small tern and shake in a pan with a little good oil.
When the vegetables are ready, add whipped cream, chopped puree and garlic (possibly pressed or thinly sliced)
The sauce is cooked to the appropriate consistency and cooked with salt and pepper

Served if required. With roasted orange slices roasted in honey and chopped hazelnuts
