1tspCardamom-can be omitted
1.5tspSalt
150gOatmeal-possibly. painted
2Eggs
2tbspSiurp honey or sugar
2dlYougurt cremefraishe or buttermilk
200gWhite wheat
200gSpelt flour-sifted or wholemeal
50gYeast
50gAlmonds ground
500gWheat flour
6tbspBecel, or oil
6dlLukewarm water

Instructions for 8 Small Grandmother-French bread

To prepare the 8 Small Grandmother-French bread recipe, please follow these instructions:

Stir the yeast in the lukewarm water.
Add the yogurt, salt, honey, cardamom and eggs. Stir this well together.

Add oatmeal, almonds, and white wheat flour, stir this well together.

Add the wheat flour a little at a time until you have a good batter, not too fast.

The dough must be kneaded well through.

The dough should raise in about 1 hour.

Part then the dough into 8 small French bread and put them on the plate. Brush with egg and sprinkle, if desired. with a little poppy seed or slightly oatmeal.

They must raise about 30 mins.

Bake for about 15-20 min. Check after 15 min.

Tips:
These can of course be made as French bread 2 large Francis broke. We do, however, always 8 small, we can then take a couple of pieces with the grandmother. We throw some in the freezer, so we always have fresh French bread. We have also used the dough for pizza and sausage rolls. It may seem a bit laborious with all the different meltyper, but it gives a good result and it offers many more fiber and taste is also really good.
