To prepare the Almond, hazelnut or sunflower milk recipe, please follow these instructions:
Blend all ingredients as long as possible to make the nuts blend as much as possible. Put the milk and mix the pulp again or 2 with fresh water.
Keeps 2-3 days in refrigerator. The milk separates after a while, and must be shaken / stirred before use.
The milk can be tasted with cinnamon, coriander, vanilla, carob, honey, etc.
