Instructions for Almond tart with cherries
To prepare the Almond tart with cherries recipe, please follow these instructions:
Low mørdejen and let it rest for an hour. Roll out dough into approx. 3 mm thickness. For a greased pie dish with the dough and bake the bottom 6-8 min at 200 c. Blend the almonds into flour. Mix egg whites, sugar, almond flour and Rome. Pour the mass in pie plate up to 1/2 cm from the edge. Bake for almond mass stiffens and becomes Golden, ca. 12-15 min. cool.
