250gWheat flour
250gButter
250gSugar
3Eggs
50gHazelnuts
50gDark chocolate 44%

Instructions for Applesink with fill

To prepare the Applesink with fill recipe, please follow these instructions:

Stir fat and sugar well together. Stir the eggs in one at a time. Add fried orange peel and orange juice.

Chop chocolate and nuts and mix them in the dough with flour and baking soda.

Bring the dough into a greased spring form and bag the cake for about 50 minutes at 175 degrees C. Alm. oven.

Let the cake get cold.

Stir the glaze of icing and orange juice and light the cake.
