1tbspBailey liqueur
1Small teaspoon vanilla sugar
3Leaf gelatin
3.5dlButtermilk
75gCane sugar el. alm. sugar added a little brown sugar

Instructions for Baileys light

To prepare the Baileys light recipe, please follow these instructions:

Boil the whipped cream with sugar and vanilla sugar. The house block is soaked in cold water, squeezed a little and dissolved in the hot cream. Then pour the buttermilk in and 1 tablespoon bailey's liqueur and pour the cream into 4 serving glasses.
Set cold for at least a couple of hours.
