Ingredients for Beet Sorbet

A few drops of lemon
Juice of 1 kg beetroot
Zest and juice of 2 lemons (preferably usprøjtet)
1lWater
100gIcing sugar
2Egg whites
450gSugar

Instructions for Beet Sorbet

To prepare the Beet Sorbet recipe, please follow these instructions:

Sugar mixture: Boil the mixture and cool.
